AC780L Cyanoacrylate Activator Liquid

Typical Applica Ɵ ons “On demand” curing of Cyanoacrylate adhesives. Especially suitable on slower high viscosity grades. Can be used to “ fi llet cure” adhesive Cyanoacrylate and cure adhesive outside the joint.

Product Descrip Ɵ on AC780L is a DMPT Free solvent ‐ based ac Ɵ vator formulated to increase the cure speed of Cyanoacrylate adhesives. It is for the bonding of metals, plas Ɵ cs, rubbers and others. Used as a liquid that is applied to one or both surfaces before adhesive is applied. Typically this liquid is brushed on.

Direc Ɵ ons For Use AC780L bulk should be applied to the area to be bonded by brushing. Wait for the solvent carrier to evaporate (normally 10 ‐ 30 seconds). Apply the appropriate Cyanoacrylate grade to the part to be bonded and assembled. AC780L has an assem ‐ bly part Ɵ me of approximately 1 hour, if parts are not assem ‐ bled within this 1 hour, AC780L should be re ‐ applied. Alterna Ɵ vely assemble parts using Cyanoacrylate then coat the exposed bond joint with AC780L to cure the adhesive instantly. The speed or accelera Ɵ on of the cure with ac Ɵ vator will de ‐ pend on the substrates being bonded and the adhesive grade. May cause discolora Ɵ on if used excessively. Storage Store in a cool and dry area and out of direct sunlight away from heat or igni Ɵ on. (See MSDS).
