AD725100PK General Purpose Dispensing Tip TE series tips consist of a stainless-steel blunt-end tube with a double helix luer lock polypropylene hub. This premier line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished tube for unobstructed and consistent material flow. Designed for applying most fluids, gels, pastes, adhesives and glues. Silicone-free, chloride-free and industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip features a tapered internal design where the tube meets the hub to improve fluid flow and reduce back pressure allowing for a lower pressures to be used when dispensing higher viscosity gels and pastes. This is a general purpose tip with a 1" long (25.4mm) blunt end tube. The stainless steel tube is UV adhesive bonded to the polypropylene hub. Use with luer lock and luer slip syringes, air-powered dispensers, syringe barrels, bottles, fittings and dispensing shot valves. Silicone-free materials ensure sensitive adhesives applied with these parts will not become contaminated during use. All products shipped are in sealed boxes or bulk packs that include label with batch codes for traceability.

Tips are supplied in sealed boxes of 50 pieces or in bulk value packs of 1000 pieces. Avoid cleaning this tip version with aggressive solvents that can weaken the assembly. Tips are made for industrial applications and are non sterile. Silicone-free tips prevent material contamination.
