AD Series Luer Lock Tip

Product Description The AD series general purpose dispensing tips offer our customers the widest range of gauge size diameters and tube lengths available in the industry. From 12 gauge (2.26mm ID) to 34 gauge (0.08mm ID) and in tube lengths of 1/4”, 1/2”, 1”, 1.5”, 2”, 3”, 4” and 5”. All hubs are colour coded for gauge size. Tubes are stainless steel burr-free blunt end. Hubs are high density polypropylene with double-helix luer lock for secure leak free attachment to syringe barrels, fittings and dispense valves under high pressure. The AD series tips can be used with most liquids, gels, pastes, resins and adhesives. Precision blunt-end needle tips for high accuracy and controlled material dosing manually or automated. All AD series tips are silicone-free and chloride-free materials and are industrial grade safe. AD series tips are assembled using a special formulated UV cured adhesive to bond the cannula tube to the hub. The internal hub design features a taper to improve material flow to the tube and reduced back pressure.

A major benefit of this luer lock dispensing tip range is the variety of sizes and lengths available. From making micro dots to high speed potting applications, a tip to suit most processes. We do not recommend the AD series tips with Cyanoacrylate adhesives due to the metals used that can clog rapidly with reactive glues. AD series tips also available with 30, 45, 60 or 90 degree precision bent tube.
