AD18TTN-B General Purpose Dispensing Tip AD smooth flow tapered series tips are a moulded polyethylene design with a double helix polypropylene hub. These tips are often used for dispensing higher viscosity pastes and gels as the tapered design allows easy flow and no back pressure. Available in a 21 different diameters and gauge sizes. Silicone-free, chloride-free and industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Tips are colour coded for gauge size. All tapered tips have a standard tip length of 31.75mm. They can be used with most materials, adhesives, epoxies, reactive adhesives, gels, epoxies, solvent based glues. Use with luer lock and luer slip syringes, air-powered dispensers, syringe barrels, bottles, fittings and dispensing shot valves. Silicone-free materials ensure sensitive adhesives applied with these parts will not become contaminated during use. All products shipped are in sealed boxes or bulk packs that include label with batch codes.

Tips are supplied in sealed boxes of 50 pieces or in bulk value packs of 500, 1000 and 5000 pieces direct from stock. Tips are made for industrial applications and are non-sterile. We also offer tapered tips in opaque black for use with UV cure adhesives and with more softer plastics.
