18 Gauge Smooth Flow Tapered Tip

Our high performance 18 gauge tapered tip with a 0.84mm inner diameter outlet. Smooth flow tapered dispensing tips are ideal for the controlled application of pastes, silicones, sealants, RTV's, epoxies, greases and many other assem bly fluids. The AD18TT features a double-helix luer lock thread for leak free safety attachment even under higher pressures. Made from a high density polyethylene material, silicone-free and industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Tapered tips are colour coded for gauge size. The smooth flow taper design of this tip allows for very high viscosity pastes and compounds to be dispensed with reduced back pressure. This tip is compatible with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels, luer lock dispensing bottles, fittings and metering valves. AD18TT tips are supplied in sealed boxes of 50 or in bulk packs of 500 or 1000 that include label with batch codes for full traceability.
