Our high-performance pneumatic delivery systems provide controlled deposits of a wide variety of sealants and assembly materials from 32 Ounce sized cartridges, from pre-mixed Semkit and Techkit cartridges to meet your dispensing needs. The applicators are pneumatic only and accept a regulated direct compressed air source up to 100 PSI. Please take time to read this document to ensure safe operation. NOTE: When using high pressure pneumatic dispensing equipment, please wear safety glasses. Check that the air hose that is used is securely attached. Check that the retainer sleeve, adapter mid and trigger assembly are securely attached before use. The trigger assembly for this applicator originates from the United States. The adapter mid assembly and front retainer sleeve are manufactured in the UK. Air hoses are available for this product as are compatible size cartridges, plungers and nozzles. Products are covered by a (1) Year Warranty against fault.

Setup Instructions

1. Connect (A) air inlet male 1/4” BSP thread to an airline hose. Max. 100 PSI. 2. Gasket (2) is already pre-inserted in trigger assembly. 3. Thread adapter (3) into trigger handle assembly. 4. Gasket (4) is already pre-inserted in adapter fitting. 5. Insert 20oz cartridge or Semkit/ Techkit tube into (5) retainer sleeve. 6. Insert (5) retainer sleeve into (3) adapter. Push in and twist to secure. 7. Adjust (B) air regulator to increase or decrease pressure.
