This part is a 5ft long airline hose that fits to a cartridge cap to ensure a safe and tight connection without leaks. The hose includes male quick connector fittings each end and is safe for use to 100 psi.

Instructions

Packaging

1. Insert a cartridge into the metal retainer (2.5, 6, 8 or 12oz). 2. Attach the cap to the retainer – push and twist. 3. Attach airline hose quick connect to the cap. Push and twist in place. Attach hose to a regulated air supply up to 100 psi. 4. Increase air pressure to allow flow. Cartridge can be connected to a dispense valve by use of our fittings and fluid lines.

The air hose is supplied in sealed packaging with full assembly instructions.

Health & Safety in Use

The air hose is safe to use and simple to install, reducing risk of operators coming into contact with adhesives and chemicals placed inside. It is safe for use up to 100 psi. For a filter with adjustable regulator and gauge for controlled air flow, please use our TSD800-6FR.
