Typical Setup

This system is designed to work with a manual or timed shot pneumatic dispenser for ON/OFF control. Fittings are supplied to connect to most dispensers. Stands are now fixed into the base for added convenience and setup. Spare fittings, barrels, cartridges, syringes and accessories are available from stock. 310ml barrel filling stations provide a clean and air-free method of filling syringe barrels. They are designed for use with most low to medium viscosity silicones, sealants, RTV, compounds. System will transfer to luer lock barrels and wiper pistons used with dispensers as well as manual syringes.
