First Steps

First: Unpack the shipping box and use the supplied checklist to make sure all items are present. If any items are missing, please contact us immediately. Second: Ensure the area where you are setting up the equipment has access to compressed air. Air pressure should be between 0 and 100 psi (0 and 6.9 bar). We can also provide a high pres sure 5 micron filter/ regulator to ensure that the air supply is clean and dry. If your material re quires a higher level of filter, please contact us or source from a specialist pneumatics supply company. Our filter/ regulator is part TSD800-6FR. A regulated and constant air pressure must be supplied to our syringe filling station. Third: Activate your one (1) year no fault warranty by filling in and returning the postage paid warranty card. Assemble System: Unpack the shipping box and to make sure all items are present. If any items are missing, please contact us immediately. System is supplied pre-assembled to the base. Place the stand on a flat surface/ work bench. Setup

Unscrew cartridge air cap (1) slot in 310ml silicone type adhesive cartridge (2) and replace air cap. Cut sealant tube outlet nipple thread (3) and thread on AD931-296 adapter fitting (4). Turn clockwise and tighten. Use threaded elbow TSD931-3 (5) and attach to (4). Now attached black plastic TSD931-15 or metal AD931-15M fitting (6) to (5). Take an empty luer lock syringe barrel (7) and with the wiper piston inserted to the bottom, twist onto (6).

Attached air tube (8) to a dispenser or to a regulated air supply. Once the cartridge is pressur ised, silicone or sealant material will flow and bottom fill the syringe barrel pushing the wiper piston up as it fills. Use a lower air pressure to start and increase as required. * Please note - new stands are being supplied pre-assembled ready for use.
