Problem

Possible Solution

No Fluid Flow

Check that air supply is properly connected. Check air in from mains supply and check air feed from dispenser to syringe filling system. Air pressure is too low. Gradually start to increase the air pressure until material flows. Check all connections to make sure they are secure. Add PTFE thread tape thread to the air connection to assist in sealing. Cartridges are single use only, replace any worn cartridges and plungers with new.

Air Pressure Leaking

Fluid Leaking From Adapter

Tighten all seals. Add some PTFE tape thread to the fluid connection threads to assist in sealing.

Fill Time Too Slow

Increase air pressure to improve flow rate.
