5cc Industrial Grade Wiper Piston For Syringe Barrel 700 series premium grade dispensing syringe barrels and pistons from Adhesive Dispensing Ltd. These industrial barrels and pistons are specially designed for use with dispensing equipment, allowing you to accurately and efficiently dispense all types of assembly fluids - from watery liquids to thick pastes. Pistons ensure that the pressure is evenly spread across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing. Easy flow pistons prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed with less restriction. The maximum operating pressure is 100psi (6.9 bar). All products are supplied with a no-quibble guarantee against fault or defect. Easy flow wiper pistons are a lower interference fit in the barrel for use with low to medium viscosity fluids to reduce material back pressure. Wiper pistons eliminate waste and allow for precise control over deposits, as well as reducing material fumes. With a maximum operating pressure of 100 psi, these pistons can handle even the most demanding dispensing tasks. Pistons come in a handy sealed pack, complete with a label and batch code for easy identification.
