50ml Epoxy to Syringe Barrel Loader 560548U-DTD50 Pneumatic Bench-Top Transfer System

The 560548U-DTD50 manual barrel loader will fill a syringe barrel directly from A-System style and B-System style square back 50ml dual cartridges with a 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 ratio. This barrel loader is connected to an air regulator and set to a pressure suitable for the material viscosity. It will ad just to a maximum of 65 PSI (4.48 Bar). A manual switch on the base actuates the air supply and pressurises the plunger rods to push down the pistons in the cartridge and fill the barrel. The barrel loaders air relief valve allows for decompression when the trigger is released. The system can also be used for timed filling when connected to a pneumatic timed-shot dispenser. By transferring material through the outlet of a syringe barrel, it reduces air entrapment and eliminates any exposure to fumes or mess from an open container of the adhesive. It also ensures that the two-component adhesive is mixed exactly as it should be every time. Suitable for epoxies, polyurethanes, doming resins, potting compounds, silicones.
