534 Quick Connect for Air Cap

Technical Information

This part is used on a cartridge air cap to accept an airline. The airline locks into the cap to provide a safe seal up to 100 psi. The thread is ¼” NPT to the cap and the hose input fitting is a bayonet.

1. Thread part 534 to air cap. 2. Attach airline hose with male quick connect to the 534. 3. Connect air cap to cartridge retainer. 4. Attach other end of airline hose to a pneumatic dispenser or regulated air supply. Use TSD800-6FR regulator if required.

The air connector is supplied in sealed packaging with full assembly instructions.

The air connector is safe to use and simple to install, reducing risk of operators coming into contact with adhesives and chemicals placed inside. It is safe for use up to 100 psi. For a filter with adjustable regulator and gauge for controlled air flow, please use our TSD800-6FR.
