Dual Cartridge Sets A-System Dual Cartridge – 75ml, 1:1 Mix Ratio

The A-system cartridge set is a 75ml size high density system in a 1:1 mix ratio. It is designed to accept the range of bayonet twist-on static mixer nozzles. Used to blend, mix and dispense a wide range of epoxy resins, polyurethanes, silicones, doming resins and more. The resin and hardener are stored in the two separate chambers of the cartridge and kept apart until they enter the mixer nozzles. They are then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer, where dynamic mixing takes place. The static mixer nozzles are available in different sizes, styles and outlets to suit the material viscosity and deposit size. A benefit of the system is that not all of the contents of the cartridge have to be used each time. A half used cartridge can be easily sealed and stored for further use, without the material curing. The mixer nozzle is discarded each time. Dual cartridge packs include the cartridge body, air-vented or lip seal wiper pistons and the nozzle cap seas. This 75ml size 1:1 A-system cartridge is compatible with our ABM-75M1 manual dispenser gun as the flange design is rectangular. Dual cartridges are supplied in packs of 50 or 500 and include tip cap seals pre-attached with the correct number and ratio pistons. Pistons for this kit are a choice between the standard self-venting type with the push-in air plug or the lip-seal solid type with rubber edge.
