400041 Dual Cartridge System 400ml 4:1 Ratio
Moulded from high density materials, these dual ratio component cartridges provide a safe and reliable method of filling and dispensing most two-part materials in a 4:1 mix ratio by volume. Cartridges feature a bell mouth push on mixer with nozzle attachment. Pistons are air-bleed vented type with a cap to seal once inserted. Cartridges supplied with dual pistons and a tip cap seal which is removed when attaching the static mixer nozzle. Typical Applications Use these cartridges for two component adhesives, gels, pastes, silicones, sealants, epoxies, and PU’s. Once filled with material, cartridges can be used with standard manual and pneumatic dispensing guns.
