Static Mixer Nozzle MAQ 05-16L Static Mixer Luer Outlet

Static mixers are used for mixing and dispensing adhesives from two component 50ml, 75ml and 100ml size cartridges. The MAQ 05-16L static mixer works with mix ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1. MAQ static mixers are also known as the green square Quadro type. This range of products is attached using a bayo net twist-on style connection. This mixer can be used to dispense epoxy resins, polyurethane, silicone, potting compounds, doming resins and a variety of other 2K adhesives and sealants. It features a bayonet inlet, a square body, a luer slip outlet that can be used with luer lock dispense tips if more precision is required. Dispensing tips simply push onto the outlet of the mixer. MAQ 05-16L mixer nozzles provide a dynamic mix, a good flow rate with reduced back pressure. They are constructed of high grade polypropylene. Supplied in sealed packs with label and batch code for full traceability. MAQ mixers are certified safe for industrial use and are certified silicone free to prevent contamination of materials dispensed through them
