Pneumatic Benchtop Dispenser Timed shot with steady mode

The 1000T is a digital timed-shot air powered dispenser for making repeat deposits or beads of liquids to thick pastes. It is a compact size making it the ideal bench top solution for all your gluing, paste application and most other fluids. The digital timer with teach function allows for quick setup and accurate process control. The 1000T comes with three modes; manual, TEACH & pre-set timer. By setting the timer, repeat deposits can be made of tiny microdots to bigger volumes. Press the steady mode and it will make continuous beads whilst the foot pedal is pressed. Once released, the dispensing immediately stops for a clean cut-off and no drips or ooze. The 1000T features a vacuum suck-back when dispensing watery liquids. This system is supplied complete with a syringe barrel assortment, precision luer lock tip kit assortment, an adapter assembly, foot switch, finger switch, power cord, airline hose, barrel stand holder and user guide. It is CE certified with a 220V or 110V power adapter choice. Covered by a 1 year warranty. This classic designed benchtop dispenser is simple to use and operate and we offer full technical support for setting up. The 1000T sits on the bench and uses an air input from any compressor or factory mains supply. Ready to use out of the box.

Every dispenser is supplied with a starter kit. This includes a universal power supply, airline hose kit, electric foot switch, electric finger switch, syringe barrel bench stand, in-line filter trap, 30cc/55cc adapter assembly hose 3ft long, 30cc syringe barrel/ piston and cap kit, selection of precision tips from 14 to 30 gauge, user guide and warranty card. Please contact us for all options on barrel sizes, colours, tips and advice on accessories specific to your applications. Barrels range from 3cc to 500cc size. Tips range from 0.08mm ID to 3.5mm ID.
